Because our Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by MariaRose Ltd.
Terms of use
1. By using mariarosetours.com, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.
2. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Web site.
3. MariaRose Ltd. reserves the right and the sole discretion to change Terms and Conditions from time to time, so you should check this page regularly. Your continued use of mariarosetours.com will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms.
4. You, the Customer, warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation, you will use this Web site to make legitimate reservations or requests for you or for another person for whom you are authorized to act, all information supplied by you is true.
5. You agree to use mariarosetours.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of mariarosetours.com.

Product Validity
9. Products are valid as per the dates displayed on the brochure pages.
Payment and Cancellation policy
10. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will be charged the amount in rubles, according the daily exchange rates of Russian Central Bank.
11. Please note that a 3% charge is applied to all credit card operations.
12. The local taxes are included.
13. The following deposit is required to make a reservation:
13.1 Nevsky Holiday Apartments: one night room rate and this amount is NONREFUNDABLE in case of NOW-SHOW or CANCELLATION
13.2 Hotels: the amount of the deposit depends on the terms of each specific hotel
13.3 Daily Sightseeing Tours: You should pay 100% of the Total cost upon reservation. 90% of this amount is REFUNDABLE if you cancel your Booking 15 days before the Tour Departure date. 10% of your prepaid amount is NONREFUNDABLE (cancellation fee)
13.4. Shore excursions: 100% of the Total cost should be paid upon reservation. 90% of this amount is REFUNDABLE if you cancel your Booking 30 days before the Tour Departure date. 10% of your prepaid amount is NONREFUNDABLE (cancellation fee)
13.5. Transfers & Visa Support: 100% of the Total Transfer price should be paid upon reservation and is NONREFUNDABLE.
13.6. Russian Heritage Tours: 30% of the Tour Price should be paid upon reservation. The Balance due is to be paid at least 15 days before the Tour Departure Date.
If you cancel your booking 15 days before the Tour Departure date the deposit will be retuned to you except 10% of the Total Tour Price (cancellation fee)
14. As soon as your card is charged the amount of the deposit, a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
15. The balance due (if any) is to be paid upon arrival.
16. If you cancel your booking, you will be charged the cancellation fee according to our Cancellation Policy.
17. No refund shall be given should you fail to show up on the service no matter the reasons or circumstances.
Cancellation Charges
18. Canceling a booking with results in cancellation fees being applied. MariaRose Ltd will charge cancellation fees as stated below.
18.1 Nevsky Holiday Apartments
Any cancellations on accommodation bookings attract a cancellation fee equal to one night room rate.
18.2 Daily Sightseeing Tours
If you cancel your Booking 15 days before the Tour Departure date the cancellation fee is 10% of the Total Tour price. The Tour cancelled later will attract the cancellation fee equal to the Total Tour Price (100%)
18.3 Shore excursions
If you cancel your Booking 30 days before the Tour Departure date the cancellation fee is 10% of the Total Tour price. The Tour cancelled later will attract the cancellation fee equal to the Total Tour Price (100%)
18.4 Visa Support & Transfers Any cancellations attract a fee equal to 100% of the total price.
18.5 Russian Heritage Tours: 10% of the Total Tour Price is NONREFUNDABLE (cancellation fee)
If you cancel the Tour 15 days before the Tour Departure date the deposit prepaid will be returned to you except 10 % of the Total Tour Price ( cancellation fee). The late cancellation will result the fee equal to 100% of the Tour Price.

18.6 If any of the listed services booking is during a special event period (including but not limited to Trade Fairs, Public or National Holidays, New Year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter), any cancellation will attract a fee equal to 100% of the total package (please request to specify)
Booking Process: online
19. Online booking works for the following travel services: Nevsky Holiday Apartments, Daily Sightseeing Tours, Russian Heritage Tours, Visa Support and Transfers.
20. To book accommodation, activities, visa support or transportation online, you will need to perform 4 simple steps:
20.1 Choose product
To make your booking, please choose the desired service, dates and number of persons (if needed), after that click the "BOOK NOW" button.
20.2 Review rate details and restrictions
You will see the service you have chosen, travel dates and number of persons, as well as the price and the deposit automatically calculated according to the service chosen.
20.3 Enter your contact details and preferences
Enter your contact details (to be kept confidential) and product preferences (additional information: pick-up, etc.) After you have completed the boxes, click the "Confirm" button. Your booking will be forwarded to our manager for processing.
20.4 Print out your booking confirmation and send us your CC details by fax
Print out your booking confirmation and enter credit card details. To keep your booking valid you should fax us the completed booking confirmation form with your credit card details within 2 business days. As soon as we charge your card with the deposit equal to one night room rate, the dedicated reservation manager will fax or e-mail you the confirmation of receiving the payment.
21. If no confirmation is received from you within 48 hours, the booking will not be valid.
22. Keep your booking confirmation to be presented at the destination.
23. An invoice can be sent for the ordered services upon your request.
24. The balance due (if any) is to be paid upon arrival.
25. Please note that the suites presented in the listings of Nevsky Holiday Apartments are exemplary. When you book an apartment online, you never know the exact address, but we guarantee that the accommodation provided will be of the standard chosen and will be located in St Petersburg downtown area, within walking distance from the main sights, Hermitage Museum, Palace Square, St. Isaacs Cathedral, Russian Museum and the central tourist zone.
Booking Confirmations
26. The booking confirmations will be provided for each booking segment; those should be presented at the destination.
Travel Insurance
27. The rates of Daily Sightseeing Tours, Russian Heritage Tours, Shore Excursions include Accident and Illness Insurance with the cover of 100.000 rubles (or approximately 2778 Euro) per tour day. Please, note! This kind of insurance is valid only for period while the tour is conducted.
Our Responsibility
28. The company, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
29. If there are any force major circumstances making MariaRose Ltd. unable to provide the Customer with the service reserved, the company has right to substitute it for a similar service or apartment of the same level or higher.
30. All travel documents/vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the company, its agents and suppliers.

General legal terms
32. These Terms and Conditions, and your relationship with MariaRose Ltd. under the Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation. You and MariaRose Ltd. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation to resolve any legal matter arising from the usage of mariarosetours.com.
